Please note!!
We are only as good as the info provided. Names, phone numbers, dates of wine tours, places to stay etc etc. You are responsible for providing the correct info whether by phone or contact form. We send out a confirmation email to you to check and you do not need to reply that all the info you provide is correct. You gave us your financial info is all we need.
You agree to the terms of this website when give us your credit card information. All credit cards for booking purposes are subject to a 72 hour cancellation procedure for all tours except with the vans. It is a 30 day cancellation period. If you are inside the 72 hours the deposit (if any) is not refundable and you are responsible for the balance of the balance of the wine tour and multiple days if it applies and your credit card will be used to pay the balance. We reserve the right at anytime to check/charge your credit card.
You must call the office to cancel only 707 307-9532. Then you will get a confirmation email that your tour is cancelled outside the 72 hour procedure. All deposits returned are subject to credit card return fees. By submitting your cc card info you agree to the terms on this website and for the cars you want us too drive. You also agree for all costs associated and not just limited too bank fees in collecting the dishonored Credit Card payments or cancelled tours.
Prices quoted over the phone are the actually prices even if the website is incorrect. We reserve the right to quote a higher price over the phone. We are still the lowest priced legal company out there. I know because we check every week.
Itineraries are required, a plan if you may. There are probably more stressful things in life than being in the Napa or Sonoma Wine Country without a plan. It can be intimidating even if you have been here before. A lot of our guests opt to use our free concierge services and let us make them a free Itinerary. All we need is if you like Red or White wines, price point, and if you want vineyard tours, cave experiences. You can change your itinerary if possible and starting pickup times up to 24 hours in advance. Why! If you have appointments they need to be changed and they may not be changed at all. It could be a problem within your group. If you changed the itinerary that we put together and do not let us know, you credit card could be charged by the winery you are canceling. That is company policy of some of the wineries. Just sayin!!!!
Please keep in mind that most if not all experiences take up to 90 minutes to 2 hours. Why! They are trying to sell you wine. Most of the wineries do not sell wholesale so you have to get it here in the Napa or Sonoma Valley’s. We are partners in this and we cannot do it without your input.
Credit Cards Information & Charging
We require a credit card to book your tour or services. We protect your information and all info is kept at the office. We do not carry your credit card info with us. On the day of your services with us we will run your credit card with a swiping device, Paypal, Square or the office equipment. Our choice! If we have no internet at the time of settling up the charges, wrong card information we require that you let us take take a picture of the original card or another card to verify that everything is correct. The pictures are taken back to the office and run your credit card for the amount charged on the tour. This is not an option this is a requirement for our protection and to verify your info. Then the information is deleted. Our paperwork and website speak for us. That is why we make you sign paperwork before you start drinking. Any false information, arguing about giving credit card information or charges will resort in the police or sheriff being called. We will let the authorities settle settle the argument. Suspicious Bookings
Suspicious Bookings are folks that we know that are shopping for a better price with the info or communication, we can tell you that there is no cancellation. Then your option is to to agree or disagree. If the tour then is cancelled we charge the card.

(1) Any person who shall knowingly make or cause to be made, either directly or indirectly or through any agency whatsoever, any false statement in writing, with intent that it shall be relied upon, respecting the financial condition, or means or ability to pay, of himself or herself, or any other person, firm or corporation, in whom he or she is interested, or for whom he or she is acting, for the purpose of procuring in any form whatsoever, either the delivery of personal property, the payment of cash, the making of a loan or credit, the extension of a credit, the execution of a contract of guaranty or suretyship, the discount of an account receivable, or the making, acceptance, discount, sale or endorsement of a bill of exchange, or promissory note, for the benefit of either himself or herself or of that person, firm or corporation shall be guilty of a public offense.
